STRIDES Human Performance Institute provides fitness programs for all ages. From 1-on-1 adult and youth training to semi-private adult and youth team sessions. If you are rehabilitating an injury or would like to reduce the potential risk of one, we can HELP!

Our Mission is to provide the highest quality fitness and performance education and workouts appropriate for adults of all ages and abilities. STRIDES Human Performance Institute provides an environment that enhances the health, movement capability, physical self-awareness, and fitness “know how” development for each individual client.

Our Programs

Adult Large Group

Adults in the pursuit and development of improved strength and movement mechanics and improved overall performance.


Participants will receive an individualized approach to their program design while also experiencing camaraderie and an enhanced training environment.

1-on-1 Personal Training

Adult workouts are designed based on the goals and interests of the client while using a functional movement philosophy, training movements not muscle.
