Our goal is to help young athletes achieve their health, fitness and performance goals by providing encouragement, education and accountability in a safe and fun atmosphere.

High School Strength and Conditioning

Athletes entering 9th – 12th grade in Fall

This gives the high school athlete or non-athlete the opportunity to train with direction as it pertains to strength training. Similar to a collegiate strength program, athletes will get a workout based on their sport(s) of participation and individual needs. Participants learn the correct form and technique with all types of lifts in order to increase strength, speed, explosiveness, and remain injury free.

Members will receive new and updated content, information and know-how about how to improve their athletic potential. Your strength and conditioning playbook is all in one place.

If you are taking the next step and play sports at the collegiate level, this membership is for you!

Sport Performance VARSITY

Athletes entering 6th – 8th grade in Fall  

This class is designed for athletes looking for more speed, quickness, power and agility. Participants will learn exactly how to become more explosive, get a quicker first step AND increase athleticism! No matter what your sport is– the one common denominator is the need for athletes to be faster and quicker than the competition. Basic strength training techniques are also a part of this class.

This is a great way to implement athletic training into any sports Athlete Development Model (ADM).

Sport Performance JUNIOR VARSITY

Athletes entering  3rd – 5th grade in Fall

This program provides young athletes with the foundations of sport movement. Athletes learn the value of training appropriately, how to train, when to train, what to train, how to prevent injury, unlock their potential, and become an all-around athlete. This technique-based, guided discovery class allows athletes to learn the correct form and technique with all different types of movements and lifts in order to increase strength, speed, explosiveness, and remain injury free.

This is a great way to implement athletic training into any sports Athlete Development Model (ADM).

FOCUS: Body weight exercise, weightlifting, acceleration, deceleration, and change of direction technique.

Monday and Wednesday, 5:00pm – 5:45pm

Return to Play (RTP), All ages

We provide a safe, supervised environment for athletes who need extended rehab assistance to get back in action. Athletes who finish physical therapy find this program as their final sport-performance piece to re-join the team. Workouts include comprehensive movements and performance segments pertaining to deceleration with change of direction and progressive jump training workouts. Appropriate strength training exercises are introduced to aid in the prevention of overuse injuries common in athletes.

(Monday – Friday, Appointment time based on individual schedule)

Captains Practice (Team Training, All Ages)

This is an opportunity for athletes from the same team, organization/league or private group to improve speed, strength, and conditioning particular to their sport. Using a combined coaching methodology, this class allows athletes to have an  opportunity to experience technique drills, agility games, and strength circuits. Performance testing is a part of the program for all groups.
