Adult Training Sessions

For adults in the pursuit and development of improved strength and movement mechanics to improve overall performance. These sessions include lifting techniques, functional training and prepare participants for applications in everyday sport and recreational activity.

Session Descriptions

Days and Times

Strength Academy  (SA)

Adults in the pursuit and development of improved strength and movement mechanics and improved overall performance. These sessions include lifting techniques, functional training and prepare participants for applications in everyday sport and recreational activity.

Monday: 12:00pm, 6:00pm

Wednesday: 12:00pm, 6:00pm

Friday: 6:00am, 12:00pm, 6:00pm

Turf Burn (TB)

This class is a little bit of agility/speed work, strength, and cardio… almost like a boot camp but more athletically focused. Athletes perform drills for footwork, using cones, ladders and hurdles; athletes will get strong using kettle bells, battle ropes, med balls, and of course bodyweight. Tabata style intervals will increase stamina of the heart, lungs, and muscles.

Monday: 6:00am

Wednesday: 6:00am

Thursday: 12:00pm, 5:00pm

Mobility (MOB)

Are you a weightlifter and want a better PR? A runner who has shin or sciatic pain? Or, do simply feel tight and stiff? This class provides you with soft tissue and mobilization techniques, which will allow you to improve performance and quality of life by moving better. The use of tennis and lacrosse balls, bands, and detailed movement make mobility possible.

Tuesday: 12:00pm, 5:30pm

Semi-private

A 30 min or 1 hour training slot reserved for groups of 3-5 athletes. Participants will receive an individualized approach to their program design while also experiencing the camaraderie and enhanced training environment that comes from integrating additional personalities to the training space.

1-on-1 Personal Training

1 on 1 personal training consists of 30 to 60 minute sessions 1-2+ times per week. Sessions take on a functional movement approach allowing the client to progress towards their goals while completing movement specific ranges of motion that simulate everyday activities to sport –specific movements. Theses high energy workouts are for energy system development and allow for the client to increase lean muscle mass through movement specific exercises.
